We are Zero Friction. We offer reliable and efficient B2B SaaS platform for district & communal heating and cooling suppliers and building managers. We are serving small to Enterprise customers and shaking things up in the district heating and cooling market. Without major investment, billing and cost allocation of collective heat and other energy types is fully automated. Job requirements

🤓 Main responsibilities

  • Translate Zero Friction’s company vision into a strategic product roadmap

  • Define and implement a product strategy that’s innovative, scalable, and international-ready

  • Align product initiatives across marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and localization across all markets we serve

  • Champion customer needs across the business and improve retention through product excellence

  • Introduce robust systems for technical support, product analytics, and roadmap planning

  • Foster a data-driven product culture with clearly defined success metrics

  • Present and pitch roadmap priorities to the board and the broader organization

👂 Does this sound like you?

  • Proven experience scaling SaaS products in B2B markets — ideally in a niche industry

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, executional attitude

  • Strong leadership experience across cross-functional teams

  • Experience with agile methodologies and driving change in fast-moving environments

  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with the energy market is a plus

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French/German nice to have)
