From handling payroll and financial admin to organizing team events, you'll play a key role in keeping our dynamic workplace running effortlessly. We are Zero Friction. We offer reliable and efficient B2B SaaS platform for district & communal heating and cooling suppliers and building managers. We are serving small to Enterprise customers and shaking things up in the district heating and cooling market.

Job requirements

🤓 Main responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a variety of administrative processes, including purchasing office supplies, tracking expenses, and processing invoices

  • Maintain and improve financial records, support bookkeeping, and liaise with our external finance partner

  • Lead payroll administration and ensure accurate processing of employee compensation

  • Ensure seamless office operations, creating a productive and pleasant work environment

  • Provide support in HR administration tasks

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, HR, business administration, or proven experience in a similar role

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and hands-on attitude

  • Familiarity with payroll processes and financial administration

  • Excellent soft skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Fluent communication and writing skills in Dutch and English. French is a bonus
